Petition for inventory - Sucn. Elizabeth Leblanc. Decree by P. Belly that notice would be served on interested parties, and that Paul Babin, minor would have as his tutor, Gregoire Babin. Notice to Simon Allain, husband of Margueritte Babin; to Gregoire Babin, for himself & as tutor of Paul Babin; to Joseph Babin; to Senateur Babin; to Simon Babin; to Jean Babin; to Narcisse Leblanc, husband of Marie-Anne Babin; Decree ordering tutor of minor to accept his appointment. Same date - Acceptance of tutor of Paul Babin. Decree that the interested parties name appraisers. Date: July 2, 1806 Naming of appraisers. Date: July 3, 1806 Acceptance of appraisers. Decree to proceed to inventory.
