Public Sale - Date November 27, 1790 Plantation of the late Firmin Babin containing five arpents and a half of front on the Mississippi river, situated on the left bank of the said river between the lands of Messrs. Etienne Comau and Paul Babin, Jr. Adjudicated to Simon Richard. Receipt - Dated July 5, 1794 for the payment of money derived from above auction. Firmain Penegrasse Landry and Paul Babin, heirs of the late Firmain Babin, in their name and as representing Beloinie Babin, and Nastasie Babin their brother and sister, equal heirs of the deed.
