Clarice 9 yrs. and Froisine 8 yrs. That Froisine and Victor died after their father. Decree ordering that notice be served to Joseph Babin, brother of the decd. Paul Babin and to Paul Ebert, husband of Marine Babin heir. Notice to Joseph Babin and to Paul Ebert. Date: Jan. 24, 1807 Inventory The present plantation situated in this County of Iberville on the left bank of the Mississippi river, bounded above by the lands of Guillaume Germain and below by those of the widow Joseph Brasset, composed of six arpents and some toises of land of front with forty of depth, the buildings, enclosures, in a word such as it comprises and contain; the same which the decd. had purchased of the late Firmain Blanchard about twenty-three years ago. Date: Feb. 1, 1808 At request of widow and children of Paul Babin, decd. liquidation is made. Share 1/2 each to widow and six children. Same date Appeared widow of decd. and Henry Babin, Pierre Babin and Paul Babin, children of decd. who acknowledged themselves satisfied.
