Date: November 3, 1790
At request of Mrs. Marie Magdelend Leblanc, widow of the late Etienne Babin; 
of Diego Ernandes, uncle by marriage, of the children of the said lady; and 
Bonavanture Leblanc, father of the said lady. Minors: Izac, Magdelene, 
Auguste, Rafaelle, Dorotee.
Inventory - 
Accompanied by Bonavanture Leblanc, Diego Ernandes, Theordore Rivette, all 
relatives and protectors of the minors, proceed to the following:
A plantation of five arpents of front on the Mississippi river, on forty 
arpents of depth, situated on the right bank of the river between the lands of 
Mr. Belese Rivette and Josephe Marie Landry.

Date: November 3, 1790
Declaration of Mrs. Marie Magdelene Leblanc widow of Etienne Babin, in the 
presence of Diego Ernandes, Theodore Rivette, and Jean Pierre Cullerre, that 
she agrees with Diego Ernandes, under-tutor of the minors, to accept the price 
of the estimation of the property of the decd., belonging in general to the 
abovesaid minors; she owes the minors money for which she mortgages the same 
plantation borne in the inventory, Ernandez accepting same, as sufficient.
