Agreement -
Terso Beremso and Jean Charle Commo

Terso Beremso promises to deliver to Jean Charle Commo, his plantation, 
enclosure and house, two thousand posts in the cypress grove, etc.
Jean Charle Commo promises to deliver to Terso Bermuso, from my depth to go 
above up to the line of Pierre Brasseu consenting to contract each in 
proportion to the front, also promise to run the fence at my expense on the 
line which is to separate the two said lands which will remain midway and also 
to recover the gallery of the house, as well as to pay him a sum; and the two 
promise to appear before Nicolas DeVerbois on the twenty-fourth.
