Date: August 26, 1792 Public Sale - A plantation situated in this District on the left bank of the Mississippi river, adjacent above to the lands of Pierre Brasseux and below to those of Jean Charles Comau containing five arpents of front, on the ordinary depth of forty arpents, the buildings and enclosures which are thereon, and includes the house of which the roof of the front gallery should be repaired, as well as the enclosures of the lower boundary and by that of Jean Charles Comau, according to their act of agreement. Adjudicated to Pierre Brasseux. Date: January 24, 1793 Receipt - Tirjo Bermejo to Commandant, N. DeVerbois, for receipt of money coming from the sale of his property.
