Sale -
Etienne Comau as agent of Olivier Blanchard, Isidor Blanchard, for himself and 
for Pierre Blanchard, his brother, Etienne Comau husband of Margueritte 
Blanchard, Jean Landry husband of Marie Joseph Blanchard, and Joseph Leblanc 
called Dubour, husband of Anne Marthe Blanchard, and Mr. Jean Baptiste Babin, 
paternal uncle and tutor of Manett Babin, and as pepresenting Joseph Babin, 
his nephew, all heirs of the succession of Marie Joseph Landry, widow of 
Ignace Babin, their mother and mother-in-law; and by virtue of order of the 
Government dated Feb. 13, 1797 deposited in the archives of this Commandant, 
the 31st of the month of January of this year. 

Sells to Victor Blanchard -

A negro.
