Speical Procuration -

Fermin, Olivero and Isidor Blanchard, brothers and Estevan Comau, Joseph 
Leblanc and Juan Landry, husbands of Margarita, Maria Marta, and Maria Josefa 
Blanchard, sisters, and also the first named, children of Joseph Blanchard and 
of Maria Josefa Landry; Juan Bautista Babin, as tutor and curator of Joseph 
and Meneta Babin, brothers, children of Ygnacio Babin and of Margarita Braud; 
who give all authority to Bictorio Blanchard, brother also of the mentioned 
Blanchards; giving him special authority, to sell a tract belonging to us and 
of the Authority issued for having inherited from our said father and mother, 
situated on the Hill of the Jets on the bank of the Bayou of the same name, 
dependent on the Jurisdiction of the Governor of Baton Rouge, composed of six 
arpents of front on the ordinary depth of forty, bounded on its sides by lands 
of David Boxes and other, by Simon Foret
