Minor's Mortgage

Olivier Brasseux declared that he has belonging to Auguste Landrie and 
Henrietes Landrie, sums coming to the said minors of the late Firmen Landry 
and of Ludivine Babin, their father and mother, and for security in this Post 
thereof, he mortgages:
His plantation situated in this Post on the left bank of the Mississippi 
river, adjacent above to the land of Batiste Leblanc and below to that of 
George Colfil, containing six arpents three toises of front on the ordinary 
depth.
