Petition - Ana Catalina Buch, widow of Ygnacio Hemalton, declared that her 
husband having died intestate, leaving children, five minors: Rosalia, 
Celesta, Joseph, Ugenia and Maria Teresa Hamelton; that she desires to have an 
inventory of the property of the decd.

Decree - The Commandant, Franco Rivas names as guardian of the minors, their 
uncle by blood, Bartolome Hamelton and as appraisers: Amant Hebert and Carlos 
Braud.

Decree - Observing the oaths, it is ordered to proceed to the inventory - 
Notification to Ane Catalina Buch; to Bartolome Hamelton, guardian of the 
minors - to the appraisers

Inventory - movables

The present plantation situated in this District of Iberville on the right 
bank of the Mississippi river, composed of six arpents of front on the 
ordinary depth of forty, bounded on the upper part by lands of Joseph 
Hemalton, father of the decd. and below by those of the succession of the 
decd. Pablo Maria Landry; which belongs to the succession for having been 
purchased at the auction sale of the property of the decd. Joseph Maria Braud; 
with the edifices which are in bad condition which are found built with the 
fences, and the clearing of felled wood, of forty arpents of superficies which 
is encountered; and in the same condition.
