Declaration of obligation -
Mrs. Francoise Buche, widow of Jacob Linterne to Daniel Louis Smith, minor
She owes to the minor, money for a donkey which belonged to the latter and 
which she had sold, promising to pay the money at his age of majority and when 
he would leave her house, for which debt, she mortgages the best of her 
property.

Mrs. Francoise Bouche, widow of Jacob Linterne to Jean Louis Buche, her brother

To sell a plantation situated in this District on the left bank of the 
Mississippi river, adjacent above to the lands of Jean Charles Comau and below 
to another land belonging to the same Comau, containing eleven arpents of 
front on the ordinary depth, which came to her for having been purchased at 
the auction of the property of her late husband.
