Obligation -
Juan Luis Buche declared that he gives to his father-in-law, Joseph Amelton, 
by virtue of a loan, for the time during his life: An arpent of land of front 
with the depth of forty, belonging to me, on the plantation, I had received, 
with the power to establish, on same; and allow for his (Amelton's) account 
and benefit during his life, and to take the trees necessary for the 
construction of the edifices and fences which are to be constructed on the 
same land, as exactly the wool necessary for consumption, with the express 
condition that at his decease, all the edifices, fences, beehives, works, of 
whatever kind that were made, or constructed and found on said land at the 
time, that all the benefits would fell in my possession as payment of the 
loan, of the above said land; and Joseph Amelton promises to give him 
something of his half out of the public sale of the property of him and of his 
late wife;
