Succession of Magdalena Teahinmer, widow of Juan Chelatre. Recapitulation.
Vauious sums to the following heirs: Margarita Clouatre, widow of the deceased 
Martin Chaelatre, her son, and the minors of the deceased Santiago Chelatre, 
also her son, his widow being Barbara Climpetre, being mother of the minors: 
Joseph, Francisco, Juan, Catalina, Magdalena, Barbara and Miguel Chelatre.


Date: June 20, 1799
Appeared Margarita Clouatre, widow of Martin Chelatre, who declares that her 
deceased husband had received of Pedro Voisin, certain sum and of Emericus 
Adam certain sum, and of the Commandant, which sums were due as inheritance to 
her deceased husband, from the succession of his mother.



Date: June 20, 1799
Appeared Barbara Climpetre, widow of Santiago Chelatre, as mother and tutrix 
of her children, has declared that she has received of Dn Pedro Voisin certain 
sum and of Emericus Adam, certain sum, and of the Commandant certain sum, all 
due to her husband, and now due to her children as the grandchildren of the 
deceased, Magdalena Terhinmer, widow of Juan Chelatre. The following children 
sharing equally: Joseph, Franco, Juan, Miguel, Catalina, Magdalena, Barbara 
Chelatre.
