Appeared Pierre Clouatre who has declared that he releases Joseph Comau from 
the Surety which he had desired to give by act of November 12, 1781, for a 
certain sum which belonged and still belongs to the minor children of the late 
Caziden Ebert, which amount has just been accepted by act of this day by 
Jerome Blanchard, be means of which the act of November 12, 1781 will be 
regarded as null and to no effect.

Minor's Mortgage-
Jerome Blanchard as Surety for certain sum due by Pierre Clouatre to minor 
children of Cazidan Ebert, gives mortgage to the minors, mortgaging:
A plantation situated in this District on the right bank of the Mississippi 
river, adjacent above to Francois Marionneaux and below to that of the said 
Pierre Clouatre.
