Receipt - Margarita Clouatre, wife of Franco Suire with the consent of her 
husband, who is present, to deliver to Barbara Climpetre, widow of Santiago 
Chelatre, sum for the share of the succession of her decd. first husband, 
Martin Chelatre, according to the liquidation and distribution of the property 
sold by his decease, on October 17, 1798; that the said decd. Martin Chelatre 
had made donation of the use of the said sum during her lifetime, as confirmed 
by the distribution, and the matrimonial deed; and being heirs after his 
death, his nephews by blood of the decd. Martin Chelatre named: Joseph, 
Franco, Juan, Miguel, Catalina, Magdalena and Barbara Chelatre, children of 
the decd. brother, Santiago Chelatre; the mentioned Barbara Clinpetre, widow 
of the decd. Santiago Chelatre, was mother and  curator of her children, the 
said heirs; and being present, Barbara Climpetre, widow of the decd. Santiago 
Chelatre, who declares that she has received of the said Margarita Clouatre, 
the expressed sum coming from the share in the succession of the decd. uncle, 
Martin Chelatre of the minors.
