Special Procuration - Maria Clouatre, widow of Geronimo Blanchard, wife of 
Juan Dupuy to her husband, Juan Dupuy

As mother, tutor and curator of her children from her first marriage with 
Geronimo Blanchard, as follows: Geronimo, Henriete and Carmelita, with the 
consent of her present husband, gives to him authority, especially, in her 
name and that of her three minors, as legitimate heirs for their share of 
their deceased father, legitimate son of Anselmo Blanchard who died, to act 
for her in the successions, to converse with the Testamentary Executor, Dn 
Joseph Mollere, about the intention of the Testator, and to sell judicially 
the property that the said Dn Anselmo Blanchard had, and to receive the share 
of the three minors, and to do whatever would be necessary, concerning same.
