Francis Connell; Superior Court of the Territory of Orleans. Order signed by J. W. Smith, Clerk Date: June 7, 1805 By virtue of order of June 3, 1805 as above, Pierre Belly, Judge of County of Iberville, goes to plantation of formerly, Francois Connell, and not finding him there, only his wife who refused to accept writ, and declared that she would not get out, with her child. And likewise, they went to house of Nathan Mitchel who answered that he could not move out until a month because he had considerable family. Date: June 8, 1805 Pierre Belly, going to seize plantation of Francis Connell, and presented a writ to the wife of Francis Connell, saying that she had to leave within a month.
