She declares that an inventory should be made of the property belonging to the deceased. Date: May 29, 1799 Decree. Before making inventory, the Commandant, Franco Rivas names a guardian for the minors, Juan Alexandro, Juan Luis, Constanza, and Joseph, children of the deceased, naming their uncle by blood, Atanacio Dardene, and for guardian of the widow, her brother, Juan Climpetre, and for appraisers, Amant Hebert and Carlos Ebert. Date: May 30, 1799 Oath of Juan Climpetre, as guardian of the widow of Alexandro Dardene, his sister. Date: May 30, 1799 Oath of appraiser, Amant Hebert. Date: May 30, 1799 Oath of appraiser, Carlos Ebert (Or Charle Ebert as he signs his name) Decree of the Commandant that the inventory would take place on June 3, since the oaths have been made. Notifications. To Mariana Climpetre, widow of Alexandro Dardene, to Atanacio Dardene, guardian of the minors of the deceased, to Juan Climpetre, guardian of the widow of Alexandro Dardene, to Amant Hebert, appraiser, to Carlos Hebert, appraiser, to Carlos Dardene, uncle by blood of the minors. Date: June 3, 1799 Inventory - Movables. Date: June 3, 1799 Inventory continued - Movables. A plantation situated in this District on the right bank of the Mississippi river, bounded on upper part by lands of Carlos Dardene and below by those of Pedro Braud, composed of four arpents and a half of front with the ordinary depth of forty, which belongs to the succession for having been purchased, like this, three arpents of the said Pedro Braud and the arpent and a half remaining, of the Guardian, Atanacio Dardene, with its edifieces, and fences, * * * and other dependencies, with the exception of the cypress trees which are found on the arpent and a half of front which was acquired of Atanacio Dardene, as far as the depth of forty, which belong to Dn Juan Bautista DeGruy and Dn Franco Mayrone, appraised. A tract situated in this same District, on the left bank of Bayou Plaquemine, at the place so called, the size of four hundred and forty arpents remaining, which belongs to the succession for having been conceeded by the Governor General, according to the figurative plan and title of concession dated the fourth of March of one thousand seven hundred ninety-six, evaluated.
