Don Joseph Pradier, as tutor and curator ad bona, of her minor children, gives authority to her uncle, Pedro Voisin, to sell for her: A tract, enclosed without felled wood, which is found situated in the said place, composed of six arpents of front, and eighty of depth, bounded on its sides by lands of the Attorney, Pedro Voisin, and other by Don Francisco Deleri, the same which she acquired by the deceased of the above said husband, as confirmed by the title of ownership which is held to be delivered by this effect.
