Receipt - Santiago DeVilliers to Luis Nero

Receipt for sum which he owed (Luis Nero) for the price of a tract situated in 
the expressed District on the right bank of the Mississippi river, bounded on 
the upper part by the plantation of Augustin Richard and below by those lands 
of the Widow Juan Franchebois, his mother-in-law (Santiago DeVilliers), 
according to the deed of sale executed before me the nineteenth day of the 
month of July of the year passed of one thousand seven hundred ninety-eight.
