Date: September 23, 1803 Decree - The Commandant names for tutor and curator of the minors of the decd. Juan Bauta Ebert and Maria Macdalena Dupuis; Juan Bautista Dupuis, their uncle by blood; in order to proceed to the inventory; and names appraisers: Juan Bautista Babin and Victor Blanchard. Date: September 26, 1803 Notice and oath of Juan Bautista Dupuis, tutor of minors. Same date Oaths of appraisers. Date: September 16, 1803 Decree - Observing the oaths, it is ordered to proceed to the inventory. Notification to Domingo Ebert, major child - to Juan Bauta Landry, husband of Maria Macdelena Ebert - to Pedro laBerne, husband of Genobeva Ebert - to Juan Bautista Dupuis - to Juan Bautista Babin and Victor Blanchard. Date: September 28, 1803 Inventory - The present plantation situated in said District on the left bank of the Mississippi river, bounded on the upper part by the lands of Juan Bautista Babin, and below by those of Simon Allein, composed of five arpents and some toises of front with the depth of forty according to the figurative plan and title of concession, with the edifices and fences which are found on the same, which consist of ** Date: September 29, 1803 Family Meeting - Appeared: Juan Bautista Dupuis, tutor and curator of minors; Juan Bautista Ebert and Maria Macdalena Dupuis; Domingo Ebert; Juan Bautista Landry, husband of Maria Macdalena Ebert; Pedro la Berne, husband of Genobeva Ebert; and some relatives, declare that having proceeded to the inventory, they desire to proceed to a sale at public auction.
