Declaration of Obligation

Charles Ebert, husband of Anne Gaudrot, widow of Pierre Allain; Anne Gaudrot 
being mother and tutrix of Landry Allain; Charles Ebert has declared in 
presence of Simon Allain, under-tutor of minor, Landry Allain, that he 
received for said minor, certain sum as his share form the sucn. of his decd. 
father, Pierre Allain, as confirmed by act of auction sale of property made on 
July 15, 1792; which sum he promises to remit to the minor at his majority;

(mortgage of property in not mentioned herein)

Declaration of Obligation - 
Charles Ebert, as father and tutor of Claris Ebert, his minor daughter, and in 
presence of Maturin Landry, her under-tutor, has declared that he has for 
minor, sum coming from the sale of the property left by Magdelaine Braud, her 
decd. mother, confirmed by the auction sale of the property made on July 8, 
1792; which sum he obligates himself to pay to minor at age of majority. 

(no mention is made of property mortgaged)
