All rights reserved. http://usgwarchives.net/copyright.htm http://usgwarchives.net/la/lafiles.htm ********************************************** File contributed for use in USGenWeb Archives by: Crystal Devillier oneonone@cox.net December 22, 2006, 3:48 pm Source: Transcribed Court Document Written: March 21, 1795 Date: March 21, 1795 Acquittance - Francois Ebert, as tutor of Polone Ebert Declares that he received from the succession of the late Theodor Rivet, by hands of Pierre Longuelpee, husband of Ester LeBlanc, widow of Theodor Rivet, certain sum which is owing to the minors of the late Tamant Hebert, as appears by his obligation of June 20, 1791; Also declares to have received from said Theodor Rivet and the succession the interests on the principal; and for same gives full discharge, to Theodor Rivet and to his successsion of the obligations which he had contradted on May 3, 1790 and June 20, 1791, principally giving release of mortgage which had been in favor of the minors of Tamant Ebert; of the plantation belonging to the said Rivet and now to his succession.
