Date: August 20, 1801

Appeared: Maria Leblanc, widow of Francisco Ebert, who declared that she had 
in her hands money belonging to Eliza Ebert, my niece, coming from share of 
the inheritance in the succession of her decd. mother, Ysavel Babin, widow of 
my brother-in-law, Taman Ebert; which money was delivered by her curator ad 
lite, Olivero Arnandez, and for Surety for said sum in the hands of Maria 
Leblanc, widow of Francisco Ebert, appears her brother, Joseph Miguel Leblanc.

(Note on margin in Spanish) Note: Cancellation of obligation. Dated Jan. 11, 
1802
