Decree ordering notice be served on Thomas Ebert and on Olivier Arnandez, brother-in-law of the late Joseph Ebert; and also to Maturin Landry, paternal uncle of the widow and her guardian and to Thomas Ebert, as guardian of the minor son, Ariber Ebert. Notice to Thomas Ebert, paternal uncle and guardain of minor. Notice to Olivier Arnandez, brother-in-law of the decd. Joseph Ebert. Notice to Maturin Landry, paternal uncle and guardian of the widow Magdelaine Landry. Same date Acceptance of Thomas Ebert as tutor to minor. Acceptance of Maturin Landry as guardian of Magdelaine Landry, widow. Decree ordering that appraisers be named - naming of appraisers - Decree ordering acceptance of appraisers - Acceptance of appraisers - Decree ordering inventory proceeded with. Date: August 22, 1806 Inventory The present plantation situated in this County on the right bank of the Mississippi river bounded above by the properties of Simon Melanson and below by those of Olivier Arnandez, composed of four arpents of front with forty of depth, the buildings which are found thereon being considered useless and out of service; the same which belongs to the community for having been purchased by the decd. at the auction of the property of the widow Taman Ebert about five to six years ago.
