Another tract situated in the said place on the same bank, adjacent above to the lands of Joseph LeBlanc and below to that of Embroise Longuelpee, containing four arpents of front on the ordinary depth of forty, such as it comprises and contains at present, without any works or buildings, estimated at the sum of three hundred dollars. Which land belongs to community for having been acquired some montes ago by act passed before Mr. ?, the Commandant and deposited in the archives of the Commandant. (They desire to separate the community because discord has reigned in the family for two years.) Date: December 31, 1794 Appeared, Paul Ebert, Jr. and Margueritte Braud, his wife, Pierre Ebert, Pierre Joseph Landry and Charles Braud, brothers and brother-in-law, who declared that Paul Ebert, Jr. will keep $100 for trip and that after sale of property inventoried, half will belong to his wife and half to 6 children, one yet unborn.
