Before the Commandant Francisco Rivas, in presence of Thomas Ebert, curator ad 
lite for Joseph Hebert, his brother, and the witnesses, appeared Olivero 
Arnandez, as curator ad lite of Eliza Hebert and guardian of the property 
which she had at the death of the Isavel Babin, Widow of Taman Hebert; who 
declares that he received from the said Commandant certain sum coming from the 
public sale of the property of the deceased, made on May 19, 1800.

Appeared Commandant at the request of Olivero Arnandez, as curator ad lite of 
Elisa Hebert; of Thomas Hebert as curator of Joseph Hebert and of Juan 
Bautista Hebert, husband of Leocalde Hebert, all three children and heirs of 
the deceased mother, Ysavel Babin, widow of Taman Hebert; Liquidation - of the 
sums derived from the sale of the property of the deceased.

Apppeared Thomas Hebert, as curator ad lite of Joseph Hebert, who declares he 
received of Olivero Arnandez, tutor of the Succession of the decd. Isavel 
Babin, certain sum for Joseph's share in the inheritance from the property of 
his mother, Isavel Babin as also of his father, deceased, Taman Hebert; which 
the curator will pay to Joseph when he becomes of age.

Appeared Juan Bautista Hebert who declared that he received of Olivero 
Arnandez, tutor of the succession of the decd. Isavel Babin, certain sum as 
remainder of certain sum due his wife, Leocalde Hebert from the deceased 
Ysavel Babin and Taman Hebert.

Appeared Olivero Arnandez, curator ad lite of Eliza Hebert, who delcared that 
he received certain sum belonging to Elisa Hebert for her part of inheritance 
from her decd. mother Ysavel Babin, and her decd. father, Taman Ebert; he 
declares that he is obligated until Elisa is of age.
