Fabian Ramos claims concession to ten arpents of land of front with twenty of depth, descending the River of Sn. Bernardo of Galveztown, on the right bank, in the rear of the five arpents which mark the limits of the Town of Galveztown, having been measured in the month of February of 1794. 2. Jose Pereira claims concession, the measured eight arpents of land of front, with twenty of depth, descending the River of Sn. Bernardo of Galveztown, on the right, in the rear of the concession of Pavian Ramos, in February of 1794. 3. Mrs. Nicolas claims to be purchaser of objects built which exist on eight arpents of land of front with the depth of seven, which had been conceded to Simon Requer, descending the said Bayou of Sn. Bernardo, on the right, in the rear of those that had been measured to Jose Pereira. 4. Jose Bacil claims concession to seven arpents of front, with the depth of seven, descending the Bayou of Sn. Bernardo, on the right bank, in the rear of those conceded to Simon Riguer, said land conceded by Dn. Bernardo de Galvez. 5. Jossefa Pavona holds eight arpents of land of front and seven of depth, in the rear of the rear boundary of those conceded to Simon Reguer, from which he sold the objects built to Mrs. Nicolas, measured in February of 1794. 6. Thomas Collado claims concession and thereon measured ten arpents of land of front, with six of depth in February of 1794, bounded on the north by land of Jossefa Parona, and on the south by lands of Miguel Marias and Felipe Romero. 7. Felipe Romero claims concession to eight arpents of land of front, and four of depth, measured in February of 1794, bounded on the north by lands of Tomas Collado and the south by those of Diego Quintana, on the east by lands of Miguel Marias and on the west by the lands of Josse del Pino. 8. Miguel Marias claims concession thereon measured six arpents of land of front, with twenty of depth in February of 1794, bounded on the north by lands of Tomas Collado, on the south by vacant lands, on the east by vacant lands and on the west by the lands of Felipe Romero and Diego Quintana. 9. Diego Quintana claims concession thereon measured, four arpents of land of front and twelve of depth, in February of 1794, bounded on the north by Felipe Romero, on the south by Federico Kilton, on the east by lands of Miguel Marias and on the west by vancant lands. 10. Federico Kilton claims concession to four arpents of land of front, with twenty of depth, thereon measured in February of 1794, bounded on the north by lands of Diego Quintana, on the south by vacant lands, on the east by vacant lands, and on the west by those of Georje Alonso. 11. Georje Alonso claims concession thereon measured of eight arpents of land of front, with forty of depth, in February of 1794, bounded on the north by vacant lands, on the east by lands of Federico Kilton and on the south and west by vacant lands. 12. Josse Pino claims concession thereon measured of seven arpents of land of front, on twenty of depth in February of 1794, bounded on the north by lands of Jose Pereira, on the south by vacant lands, on the east by Felipe Romero, and on the west by those of Josse Capitan. 13. Josse Masias claims concession thereon measured of four arpents of land of front, by twenty of depth in February of 1794, bounded on the north by lands of Favian Ramos, on the south by vacant lands, on the east by lands of Jose del Pino, and on the west by lands of Josse Capitan. 14. Jose Capitan claims concession thereon measured of five arpents of land of front, by twenty of depth in February of 1794, bounded on the north by lands of Favian Ramos, on the south by vacant lands, on the east by those of Jose Masias, and on the west by lands of Juan Medina. 15. Juan Medina claims concession and measured in February of 1794, six arpents of land of front, by twenty of depth, bounded on the north and south by vacant lands, on the east by those of Josse Capitan, and on the west by those of Mathias Martin. 16. Mathias Martin claims concession and measured in February of 1794, five arpents and a half of land of front, by twenty of depth, bounded on the north and south by vacant lands, on the east by those of Juan Median, and west by those of Franco Morales and Juan Melchor. 17. Franco Morales claims concession and measured four arpents of land of front by twenty of depth in February of 1794, bounded on the north by lands of Juan Melchor, on the east by those of the Martin lands, and on the south and west by vacant lands. 18. Juan Melchor claims concession, measured in February of 1794, four arpents and a half of land of front, by twenty of depth, bounded on the northern part by vacant lands, on the south by those of Franco Morales, on the east by lands of Mathias Martin and on the west by vacant lands. 19. Juan Silberio claims concession, and measured in February of 1794, ten arpents of land of front, by twelve of depth, ascending from Galveztown, the Bayou Mansaca, on the left bank, in the rear of the five aprents which mark the limits of the town Galveztown. 20. Guillermo Spawn claims concession, and measured, six arpents of land of front by forty of depth, ascending the Bayou Mansac, on the left bank, bounded below by the lands of Juan Silberio, above by Dn. Jacobo Baron de Staten Fields. 21. Jacobo, Baron de Staten Fields claims concession of six arpents of land of front, by the depth of forty, in February of 1794, ascending from Galvestown, the Bayou Mansac, on the left bank, bounded on the lower part by lands of Guillermo Spawn, and on the upper part by those of Juan Hernandez. 22. Juan Hernandez claims concession and measured, six arpents of land of front, twenty of depth, ascending from Galveztown, the Bayou Manchac, on the left bank, bounded on the lower part by lands of Dn. Jacobo Baron de Sten Fields, and on the upper part by those of Jose Hernandez. 23. Jose Hernandez claims concession, and measured, five arpents of land of front, by the depth of twenty in February of 1794, ascending from Galveztown, Bayou Manchac, on the left bank, bounded on the lower part by lands of Juan Hernandez, and on the upper part by those of Bartholome Hernandez. 24. Bartolome Hernandez claims concession and measured, five arpents of land of front, by twenty of depth, ascending from Galveztown, Bayou Manchac, on the left bank, bounded below by lands of Jose Bermudez and above by those of Antonio Silva. 25. Antonio Silva claims concession of five arpents of land of front, by twenty of depth, ascending from Galveztown, Bayou Manchac, on the left bank, bounded below by lands of Bartolome Hernandez and above by those of Dn. Thomas Estevan in 1804. 26. Jose de Bera claims concession and measured, five arpents of land of front, twenty of depht, ascending from Galvestown, on the left bank, in the rear of the depth of Antonio Silva, bounded below by lands of Bartolome Hernandez, and above by those of Dn. Juan Arison, in February of 1794. 27. Dn Juan Arison claims concession and measured, twenty arpents of land of front, by forty of depth, ascending from Galveztown, the Bayou Manchac, on the left bank, bounded below by lands of Jose Bera and Antonio Silva, and above by the lands of Dn Marcos de Villiers, conceded in February of 1794. 28. Dn. Marcos de Villiers claims concession and measured, with its title in form, twenty arpents of land of front, with the depth of forty, ascending from Galveztown, on the left bank, bounded below by the lands of Dn Juan Maria Arison, and above by those of Juan Tilano. 29. Juan Tilano claims concession and measured, five arpents of land of front, with forty of depth, ascending from Galveztown, the Bayou Manchac, on the left bank, bounded on the lower part by the lands of Dn Marcos de Villiers and on the upper part by lands of Jose Ramirez. 30. Josse Ramirez claims concession and measured, five arpents of land of front, depth of forty, ascending the Bayou Manchac, on the left bank, bounded below by lands of Juan Tilano and on the upper part by the lands of Jayme Kaly in February of 1794. 31. Jayme Kaly claims concession and measured, five arpents of land of front, depth of forty, ascending the Bayou Manchac, on the left bank, bounded below by lands of Jose Ramirez, and on the upper part by those of Antonio Gonzales. 32. Antonio Gonzales claims concession and measured, ten arpents of land of front, by forty of depth, ascending from Galveztown, the Bayou Manchac, on the left bank, bounded below by lands of Jaime Kaly, and on the upper part by those of Vilian Yabre, Jayme and Jorlan Yabre. 33. Vilian Yabre, Jayme Yabre and Jorlan Yabre, three brothers, claims concession to twenty-four arpents of land of front, by forty of depth, ascending from Galveztown, the Bayou Manchac, on the left bank, bounded below by lands of Antonio Gonzales and above by lands of their father, Jayme Yabre, obtaining concession on April of 1793. 34. Jayme Yabre claims concession to twenty arpents of land of front, with forty of depth, ascending from Galveztown, the Bayou Manchac, on the left bank, bounded below by lands of his sons, Vilian, Jayme and Jorlan Yabre; and above by lands of Juan Arman; holding decree of concession of 23rd of January of 1778. 35. Juan Arman claims twelve arpents of land of front, depth of forty, with title of possession, which he purchased from Mrs. Maria Obruns, ascending from Galveztown, the Bayou Manchac, on the left bank, bounded below by lands of Jayme Yabre. 36. Jose Solisian claims concession to land of cypress grove with the depth of forty, on Bayou Manchac, the left bank, in the rear of the Bayou, and two lakes, which are found in the rear of the lands of Juan Alman, bounded above by eight arpents of cypress trees conceded to Jaime Nicola on the 3rd of February of 1793. 37. Jaime Nicola claims concession to eight arpents of land of cypress trees, with the depth of forty, on Bayou Manchac, ascending, the left bank, bounded below by lands of cypress trees of Jose Solisian, and above by vacant lands, on 3rd of September of 1793. 38. Dn. Josef Leblanc claims forty arpents of land of front, with the depth of forty, in the Large Prairie, which he purchased of Dn. Jacobo Nicolson. 39. Jose Leblanc and Ysac Leblanc holds a report from the Commandant of Galvestown, for the concession of forty arpents of land of front, by fifteen of depth, on the side of the lands which were purchased by Dn. Jose Leblanc, from Dn. Jacobo Nuclson in the Large Prairie. 40. Daniel Connel claims three hundred arpents of cleared land, in the rear of the limits for the North, of the lands of Baptista Esvert. (think it means, in rear of northern limit, etc.) 41. Baptista Esvert and Etien Esvert hold twelve arpents of land of front, from North, to South, by the depth of forty, bounded on the north by Daniel Connel, on the south by the lands of Dn. Josef Leblanc. Thomas Estevan, Sublieutenant of the Grenadiers, Commandant of Galveztown, certifies that the forty-one claims of lands of concession which are above, are copies of the originals, registered, and remitted to the Post at Baton Rouge.
