And of the widow, Ana Landry. Same date Notification to Ana Landry, widow of Joseph Hebert. Notification to Joseph Docite Babin, husband of Margerita Hebert. No notification to Antonio Blanchard, husband of Maria Josefa Hebert, because he is in the capital. Date: Feb. 4, 1800 Having remitted the writs to the Tribunal and the testamentary accounts, we proceed with the order. Singed by Rivas. Hiacinte Landry and below by others of Fermin Landry, composed of seven arpents of front with forty of depth, which belongs to the succession for having been conceded by the Governor General of this Province, according to confirmation by the figurative plan and title of concession dated the third of January of the year one thousand seven hundred seventy-six with its dependencies. Widow Ana Landry has delivered to Joseph Mollere, sum belonging to Genevesa Landry which the succession owed to her according to the declaration by her deceased husband, Joseph Hebert, in his testament, which comes from the inheritance of her mother, which was confirmed by an obligation made by Joseph Mollere to Pedro Joseph Landry, for the said Genovesa Landry. Date: March 14, 1800 Agreement - Appeared: Ana Landry, widow of Joseph Hebert; and Simon Richard, guardian of said widow; who delare that having proceeded to the inventory of the property, that they agree to proceed to the sale; and being present Dn Antonio Blanchard, husband of Maria Josepha Hebert, and Joseph Docite Babin, husband of Margarita Hebert; 1st, 2nd, 3rd, 4th, 5th, 6th cry of the public sale 7th cry and final - That by virtue of an order dated March 14, 1800 Commandant would proceed to the Public Sale of the property of the decd.
