Finally, $230 which he is to receive at the end of this year for the complete payment of the inheritance. For security of which sums, he mortgages: His plantation situated in this County on the right bank of the Mississippi river, bounded above by that of his brother-in-law (or step brother) Jean Baptiste Leblanc and below by that of Jacques Arnandez, composed of four arpents of land of front on the said river and forty of depth, such as it is, comprises and contains actually, with all additions and improvements which this plantation might have or will have.
