Order appointing him dated April 16, 1825. Oath of curator ad lite dated April 16, 1825. Petition of Eribert Hebert by his curator ad lite, for emancipation. Order for family meeting dated April 16, 1825. Family Meeting - consisting of Michel Hebert, paternal uncle by marriage of minor - Jean Bte Rils, Joseph Orillion and Balthazare Dupuy, friends of minor and Thomas Mille, cousin by marriage of minor - decided to emancipate said minor to place his property at interest on mortgage on real property, and curator proposed to take said money at legal interest capital to be paid March 1828, secured by mortgage on the plantation of said Thomas Hebert: six arpents front to commence at the upper line of said plantation which has twenty-five arpents in depth on three and a half arpents and eighty arpents in depth on two and a half arpents in front and the said family meeting approve said mtg. to minor. Order dated April 16, 1825, homologating said proceedings.
