Contract for sale of levee repair - 
Pedro Hebert to Juan Pedro and Juan Carlos Hebert, brothers -

Declared that on February 2, of the year passed, he sold to his brothers, the 
work on the levee, and road which are on five arpents and six toises of land, 
more or less, of front, on the ordinary depth of forty, situated in this same 
District on the right bank of the Mississippi river, bounded on the upper part 
by lands of Diego Arnandez and below by lands of the Royal Dominion. Said work 
on the mentioned land and in consequence of the order of the Commandant Dn 
Luis Dutisne who was, in the year of one thousand seven hundred seventy-eight, 
by virtue of the order we understand by the Senor Conde de Galbez Captain of 
this Province.
