Minor's Mortgage - Michel Lambremont and Mrs. Margueritte Pelagie Braud, his 
wife, the latter as mother and tutrix of her minor children named Narcis, 
Auguste, Maximilien, Pierre, Paul and Henriette LeBlance, issue of her 
marriage to the late Pierre LeBlance; accompanied by Joseph Michel LeBlanc, 
under-tutor of the said minors;
Michel Lembremont and Mrs. Margueritte Pelagie Braud, his wife to Minors named 
above - All their property, as security for the sum which Mrs. Braud received 
for the minors from the succession of Pierre LeBlanc, their late father.
