Declaration of Obligation
Michel Lambremont to Amant Hebert

The Former as principal tutor of the minor children of the decd. Joseph 
Richard, for a sum coming from the funds of the auction sale of the property 
of the said decd; which he borrowed; and for securtiy of said sum gives an 
obligation by private act in his favor for certain sum. Then, Amand Hebert 
appears and states that as tutor of the minors, of Joseph Richard, that he has 
received the sum and gives acquittance, in a statement dated Feb. 1, 1796; 
which statement is written below the above deed.
