Declaration of Obligation

Mrs. Elisabeth Landry, widow of Augustin Landry declares that she owes to the 
minor of the decd. Michel Rivet, a sum which had been in the hands of her late 
husband, as tutor of the minor; and she promises to pay the sum; and for 
security of the payment, she obligates all her property and especially that 
which she claims from the succession of her husband; this being accepted by 
Blaise Rivet, uncle and tutor of the minor, Michel Marcel Rivet.

Blaise Rivet, tutor of Marcel Rivet, minor of Mrs. Elizabeth Landry, widow of 
Augustin Landry
Received sum due the minor which had been in hands of late Augustin Landry, 
and which had been left the minor as his share from his decd. father and 
mother.
