Date: April 7, 1802 Decree - The Commandant, in order to have an inventory of the property belonging to Pedro Joseph Landry, Carlos Ebert, and the decd. Maria Escolastica Braud, to the interest of the minors, names Luis Braud, as Guardian, being uncle by blood of minors, and name appraisers, Joseph Mollere and Joseph Hanry. Date: April 10, 1802 Oath of Luis Braud Same date Oath of the appraisers Same Date Decree - Observing the oaths, the Commandant is to proceed to the inventory Same Date Notifications to Carlos Ebert, to Pedro Joseph Landry, widower, and to Luis Braud, Guardian of the minors; and to the appraisers. Date: April 13, 1802 Inventory - movables - negroes The present plantation, situated on the right bank of the Mississippi river, bounded on the upper part by the lands of Carlos Braud and below by those of Joseph Hanry, composed of six arpents and some toises of front with the ordinary depth of forty, which was obtained of the Governor General in the establishment of the last Acadians, as one of the Acadian families, who came for the purpose of establishment, said plantation with all its edifices, fences and some dependencies, for the price * * estimated in order to get the part corresponding to the minors.
