Date: May 16, 1803 Appeared: David and Ypolito Landry, and Carlos Braud as husband of Rosalia Landry, children of age of majority of the said decd. accompanied by Anselme Landry, guardian of the minors, and of Efrem Babin, brother of the decd. wife; she having died in the meantime, intestate. Declare to proceed to the public sale of all the property left by the deceased father and mother of the children, major and minor. Date: June 7, 1803 Continuation - A tract situated in this District on the right bank of the Mississippi river, bounded on the upper part by the plantation of the decd. Bernardo Capdevielle and below by lands of Dn Juan Gravier, composed of six arpents of front with the ordinary depth of forty, which belongs to the succession for having been purchased by the decd. at the auction sale of the property which was left at the death of the decd. Jacobo Lanterne, in the same condition in which it is found. Adjudicated to Francisco Gallengher Another land sitauted in the proper District on the same bank of the river, bounded above by lands of the Royal Dominion, and below by others actually of James Goodbee, composed of eight arpents of front with the ordinary depth of forty; which belongs to the succession for having been conceded by the Governor General of this Province about twenty years ago. Adjudicated to Josef Ebert, Surety Luis Braud Date: June 7, 1803 Continuation of Public sale - The present plantation situated in this same District of Iberville, on the same right bank of the Mississippi river, bounded on the upper part by lands of James Goodbee and below by the plantation of Juan Luis Bouche, composed of six arpents of front with the ordinary depth of forty which belongs to the succession for having been purchased of Juan Bautista Dupuis, twenty-seven to twenty-eight years ago, with all its edifices, and fences, in the same condition in which it is found at present. ** said plantation contains fourteen arpents, more or less, of land cleared of felled wood, on all its depth, and all this encircled, contains cypressess for the use of the plantation, which is in the condition in which it is found. Adjudicated to the heirs: Ypolito and Joseph Landry with the permission of their guardian. Surety of Ypolito: his uncle, Anselme Landry; and Surety for Josef: his brother, Juan Daniel Landry.
