Cirilo de Barselona, at the demand and consent of the inhabitants to sell the following: Three arpents of land of the Church taking from the upper boundary, on descending, according to the lines expressed in the sale of land belonging now to Mr. Gray, besides the probation of the Governor and the three delegates. Three arpents of land were adjudicated to Jean Landry. Surety, Mr. Belly mark of x Jean Bt. Landry Two arpents of cypress trees of front on the ordinary depth of forty, well understood that the cypress trees and not the land, is cried. * * * adjacent to the land of the said Jean Baptiste Landry. Adjudicated to Pierre Brasseux For surety, Firmain Landry The other arpent of cypress trees numbered two adjacent above to the arpent numbered three belonging to Mr. Brasseux and below to that numbered on belonging to the church, was adjudicated to Mr. Simon Richard.
