Therefore, she desires to draw an inventory of property, left by Ignace Babin, deceased. A plantation situated on the left bank of the Mississippi river adjacent above the lands of the Commandant and below to those of Firmain Landry containing about six arpents of front on the ordinary depth of forty arpents. Date: December 14, 1791 Declaration of debts of the succession. Due to the succession certain sums by Firmain Blanchard and Paul Babin. Date: January 2, 1792 Declaration of debts of Succession, by Mrs. Marie Joseph Landry, widow of Ignace Babin, in her name and as mother and tutrix of her minor children. To Joseph Babin, her step-son, for the remainder of that which comes to him from the succession of his mother. To Manette Babin, her sister, also for the remainder of that which comes to her from the succession of her late mother. To Bertrand Pravier, Sr. as grantee of the rights of the late Francois Chevallier. Due to the succession by Olivier Blanchard for as much paid in order to obtain the survey and the concession of the land, solely for the fifth, amounting to certain sum. Due by Joseph Babin like sum of $10 for his part in the said concession. Due by Victor Blanchard for his fifth. Due by Isidor Blanchard like sum for his fifth. And by Pierre Babin, her minor son, likewise due for his fifth, having sum been paid by the deceased.
