Date: July 5, 1792 Inventory - and appointment of tutor to minor - At request of Elizabeth Landry, widow of Augustin Landry; of Gregoir Melancon husband of Marie Christine Landry; and of Maturin Landry, paternal uncle. Tutrix appointed: Elizabeth Landry, her mother. A plantation situated in this District on the right bank of the Mississippi river, adjacent above to the lands of Olivier Ernandez and below to those of Pierre Rivet, containing about four arpents and a half of front on the ordinary depth of forty arpents, the buildings and enclosures such as it comprises and contains, which belongs to him for having been purchased of Jaque LeComte by act passed before me about eight years ago. Date: July 29, 1792 Public Sale - A plantation situated in this District, on the right bank of the Mississippi river, adjacent above to the lands of Olivier Ernandez and below to those of Pierre Rivet, containing four arpents and a half of front, on the ordinary depth of forty arpents, the buildings, enclosures such as it comprises and contains, which belongs to the succession, for having been purchased by the deceased, of Jaque LeComte by act passed before me, the twelfth of March, one thousand seven hundred eight-four.
