Inventory - In order to give to the minor heirs, their rightful portion. A plantation situated on the left bank of the Mississippi river on ascending, between those of Mr. Maturin Landry and Widow Melanson, containing five arpents and a half of front or thereabout. Date: September 31, 1787 A request of Joseph Ignasce Landry, Joseph Braud and Charlle Braud, brothers- in-law of Joseph Ignasce Landry and uncles of the heirs, children of the said Mr. Landry. Family meeting - They agreed to keep the property of the succession in which the children have one-half, coming from their mother, Scolastic Braud and said Mr. Landry, who, for the sum that he has for the minors, mortgages as security his plantation containing five arpents and a half, situated between that of the Widow Aman Melanson and that of Mrs. Widow Landry, his mother. Joseph Braud is under-tutor of the minors.
