Pedro Sigur, in favor of Joseph Babin resident of the same, of a plantation belonging to us situated in the said District between the possessions of Dimes, or Santiago McCulloch above and below by those of Senador Babin, composed of four arpents and some toises of front with the ordinary depth of forty; in consequence, the widow declared that she renounces the laws in favor of the wife. (I notice that Public Sale is written in reference to a sale before a Commandant or one acting as present Notary Public and does not necessarily mean an auction sale in all cases.)
