Petitioner has paid sum to Simon, part of his share, leaving him owing him part and all to Louis and Henriette. And he petitions the Court to leave the sum in trust of the Court and to release him, of any claims they had in the said tutorship or curatorship. Appears: Simon Longueppe for himself and for his sister, Henriette Longuepee, heirs of the decd. who acquits Isaac Leblanc, as curator or tutor, in receipt of their shares. Apears: Simon Longuepee for Louis Longuepee, heir also, who acquits Isaac Leblanc, curator or tutor for sum received as his share. (Attached to the papers in French): Louis Longuepee authorizes Simon Longuepee, his brother to close the succession of his father, decd. Pierre Longuepee. Dated Aug. 22, 1825. Marie Anreite Longuepee declares to her uncle, Isaac Leblanc, that her brother, Simon would accept her share in the sucn. of her decd. father. Dated: March 31, 1825.
