Date: May 4, 1801 Decree - The named Guardian of the minors Enrieta, Luis and Simon Longuepe, is their uncle by blood, Isaac Leblanc, and appraisers are Simon Joseph Dupuis and Joseph Babin. Date: May 5, 1801 Notification to Isaac Leblanc and his oath Same date Notice to the appraisers and their oaths Date: May 6, 1801 Decree - Observing the oaths above, it is ordered to proceed to the inventory - Notice to Ester Leblanc, widow of Pedro Longuepe; notice to Isaac Leblanc, guardian of the minors of Pedro Longuepe; notice to Pedro Rivet, curator ad lite of the minors of Teodoro Rivet; notice to Simon Joseph Dupuis and Joseph Babin, appraisers. Date: May 7, 1801 Inventory - Succession of Pedro Longuepe - A plantation situated in the District of Galveztown composed of three arpents of front with the ordinary depth of forty, bounded on the upper part by the lands of Simon Joseph Dupuis and on the lower by those of Olivero Brasset, with the edifices and fences which are found built on it, and in the same condition. Date: May 8, 1801 Appeared: Ester Leblanc, widow of Pedro Longuepe who declared that the succession of her husband, owes to the minors of the first husband, Teodoro Rivet, $175.00 as being the remainder in his hands from their inheritance from their father; Pedro Longuepe having been their curator. Date: May 9, 1801 Family Meeting - Appeared: Ester Leblanc, widow of Pedro Longuepe; also Isaac Leblanc, Guardian of the minors of the decd. Pedro Longuepe; Pedro Rivet, curator of the minors of Teodoro Rivet; and Buenavnetura Leblanc, grandfather of the minors; who deliberate on the best manner to handle the property to the advantage of the minors; and agree that it is best to proceed to the sale of the property of the decd. Pedro Longuepe - Received sum coming to her from sale of the property of her decd. 2nd husband, Pedro Longuepee - The liquidation of July 20, 1803 showing that Issak Leblanc received all sums including the shares of the minors. Isaac Leblanc presents an account of the receipts received by him for the succession. Date: January 3, 1804 Receipt - Ester Leblanc, wife of Guillermo Jermain to her husband - receipt of sums coming from her share in the liquidation and distribution, after the death of her second husband, Pedro Longuepe, accordign to the liquidation of July 20, 1803. Date: June 27, 1805 Receipt - Issak Leblanc as curator of the minor children of the decd.
