The land will be partitioned by a coulee which seperates the Prairie of Galveston, from that where the house is found actually within as well as of the Prairie, which one calls Tainer. 2nd. When the said coulee diminishes, or becomes difficult to recognize, we will have recourse of the west to east parallel to the lines of depth of the plantation. 3rd. From the west line, Isaac LeBlanc will be owner of the quantity of land which he will have taken, bounded on one side by Etienne Ebert, and on the other by the coulee mentioned hereinabove, running as far as the rear boundary, which we have agreed to. 4th. Isaac will be held by the said partition to cede me, Joseph LeBlanc, on his part of land, the quantity of seven arpents of depth in The Prairie, called Tainer, where traverses the road between the two prairies, running to the west, seven arpents on the side of the line. 5th. I, Joseph LeBlanc, for the said seven arpents which I receive from said Isaac on his part, I remit to him on my portion, the same quantity of seven arpents, on the side of the pine groove adjacent to the portion of Isaac, in the Point of the Prairie of Galvezton.
