Appeared Bonnaventure Leblanc who declared that he understood that there is to 
be the sale and adjudication of the plantation mortgaged by Jean Pierre Culler 
in the act herein opposite for certian sum, he declares to render Surety 
himself, for certain sum which Jean Pierre Culler owes to the minor children 
of the late Etienne Babin, and obligates himself to pay same.
