Date:June 15, 1799 Decree of Franco Rivas, Commandant, that in order to proceed to the inventory and estimation of the property, he names Joseph Marie Leblanc as guardian to the 4 minors, and names the two appraisers. Date: June 18, 1799 Oath of Joseph Marie Leblanc that he accepts the responsibility of guardian to the minors of the deceased and of Joseph Leblanc. Date: June 18, 1799 Oath of appraiser, Joseph Henry. Date: June 18, 1799 Oath of appraiser, Pedro Joseph Landry. Date: June 18, 1799 Observing the oaths of the guardian and appraisers, Commandant's decree that the inventory would be had on July 1, 1799. Four notifications made, one to Joseph Leblanc, one to the guardian, one to the appraiser, another to other appraiser. Date: July 1, 1799 Inventory - The present plantation situated in the same District on the right bank of the Mississippi river, bounded on the upper part by the plantation of Ambrosio Longuepe and below by that of Juan Carlos Comau, composed of three arpents twenty-four toises and four feet of front with the ordinary depth which belongs to it, for having been conceded by the Governor General of this Province of Lousisana, according to the figurative plan and title of concession dated the twentieth of July of one thousand seven hundred ninety- six, with its edifices, fences, and other dependencies, in the condition in which it is found.
