The bride brings to the marriage, certain sum which she places in community with the exception of $28.6 which is due her from her deceased mother and father. The groom brings to marriage certain sum which comes to him from the deceased of his wife, Margarita Leblanc as confirmed by the inventory and estimation of her property, July 1, current year, which is in the archives of the Commandant of this Post; but that $288.4 belongs to his legitimate children: Geronimo, Maria Rosa, Maxina and Elisa Leblanc which corresponds to their inheritance from their mother, Margarita Leblanc. And it is his wish that if he dies the first, that his heirs would reserve of the plantation which he possesses, one aprent of land of front with the depth of forty, for the residence of his wife or the usufruct of the said arpents of land of front during her lifetime, or the time of her widowhood.
