Marriage Contract - Alexis Leblanc and Marine Richar

Desiring to contract marriage, Alexis Leblanc and Marine Richard
The property of Alexis Leblanc is estimated:

A plantation of four arpents eighteen toises and five feet about, of front on 
a depth of about twenty-five arpents, and of real estate for cultivation, nine 
arpents of depth, a store, the wood for a house, and that for a kitchen and 
some enclosures, situated between Joseph Leblanc above, and below by Emond 
Capdevielle; valued at sum of $1,400
