Sale - Theodor Duga to Jacques McCullock and to Mrs. Cicille Dupuis, widow of 
Joseph Richard, his wife

For security of price, purchasers mortgage all their property, including a 
plantation, a negro, etc. (plantation not described)
(at bottom of above deed is) Date March 21, 1798. Receipt from Theodor Duga to 
Mr. and Mrs. Jacques McCullock for sum due him from sale of negroes and 
releases mortgage on their property.
